Do you provide sunscreen and hand cream?

We will be offering luxury hand care products for our customers:CLÉ DE PEAU BEAUTÉ sunscreen, CLÉ DE PEAU BEAUTÉ Hand Cream and Hermes cuticle oil.

Most of our products come from Japan, China and the UK.

Where the studio is located?

The studio address is(Clifton Garden,W9 1AR)  Only 2mins walk from Warwick avenue station.You will be informed of the exact location by email the day before your appointment.

How do I book the appointment?

Please check our services page to book your appointment online. If you have a special nail art design, please contact us with your inspiration photos and we will provide you the exact price.

What should I red before I book the appointment?

To ensure the best experience, please carefully read our booking policies.

How long does the treatment process take? What if I'm not satisfied?

A regular manicure takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, while extended styles take around 2 to 3 hours. Please plan your time accordingly.

If you are not satisfied, please communicate and make adjustments before the nail technician applies the top coat. Once the top coat is applied, no refunds or negotiations will be offered. Applying the top coat indicates your agreement to the service.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of £20 is required to be paid online. The remaining balance will be charged after the service is completed. You can choose to pay in cash (10% off),bank transfer, or card (a 3% processing fee will apply).

What happens if I'm late?

Your appointment slot will be held for 10 minutes. If you are late, the design may be simplified or changed to a single color. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered canceled. To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least three days in advance.

How long will my manicure last?

The longevity of your manicure depends on how well you take care of it, typically lasting around three to four weeks.

How can I protect my nails?

Please do not use your nails to open hard objects.
Avoid prolonged contact with highly acidic or alkaline substances, such as lemon juice or dishwashing liquid. When doing household chores, it is recommended to wear gloves for protection. Use a nail file instead of nail clippers to trim your nails.
