In any case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable!
Since I’m a 1:1 service studio, I can only take on one project at a time. So if you'd like to book two services (like eyelash extensions and nail art), please choose two separate time slots—either 10:00 and 13:00, or 13:00 and 16:00.
Just a heads up—because I’m the only one here, I might not respond immediately while I'm working. To confirm your booking, I kindly ask for a deposit upfront, and you can settle the rest after your appointment. Thanks for your understanding!

Additional Fees for VIP Home Service:
There is an extra charge (from £25 )for VIP Home Service appointments. Please provide your postal code to receive a quote. -
Booking Time Slots for One or Two Services:

One Service: Home visit appointments for a single service are usually available at 10:00 or 16:00.

Confirm Availability Before Booking:
Please ensure that you are available at the chosen time before making a booking. Avoid changing or canceling your appointment once it is set. -
Share Nail Photos for Better Service:
To ensure proper preparation and communication, please provide photos of your nails the day before your appointment. For any special requests (e.g., broken nail repair), please notify me in advance. -
Estimated Arrival Time & Punctuality:
Due to potential traffic conditions, I will provide an estimated time of arrival (e.g., 16:00-17:00). Please arrange your schedule accordingly.
If I arrive at your location and am unable to get a response within 10 minutes (by text or phone), your appointment will be considered canceled, and you will be charged the full service and travel fee.

Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
In any case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable!
Your appointment slot will be held for 10 minutes. If you arrive late, the service may be simplified or changed to a single color design, but the original service price will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered canceled.
