• A home visit fee applies and starts from £25, quoted based on postcode.
Please confirm the fee in advance.
• For multiple services, please select each service consecutively when booking.
• Please confirm your appointment time in advance and send any relevant information one day before the appointment so we can discuss your needs and provide an accurate quote.
Any special requests must be stated in advance.
• Due to traffic conditions, arrival times are provided as an estimated time window (e.g. 4:00–5:00 PM).
Please plan accordingly.
• Service time starts upon the technician’s arrival.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, a waiting fee of £2 per minute will apply.
• If there is no response by phone or message within 15 minutes of the technician’s arrival, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and the full service fee plus travel cost will be charged.
• A 7-day aftercare guarantee is provided.
Any issues caused by application or product-related factors will be repaired free of charge.
• After 7 days, repairs will be subject to repair fees and, where applicable, a mobile service fee.
