Booking Policy

Deposit Policy

By paying a deposit, whether for in-studio or mobile appointments, you agree to all of our booking rules. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted. Rescheduling is possible under our reschedule policy.

VIP Home Visit Appointments

  • VIP Home VIsit services incur an additional travel fee starting from £25, depending on postcode.

  • For two treatments, please select two consecutive time slots (e.g. 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM).

  • Please confirm your time and send nail photos one day before the appointment for consultation and quotation. Inform us of any special needs (e.g. nail repair, performance styling) in advance.

  • Due to traffic conditions, arrival will be given as a time window (e.g. 4:00–5:00 PM). Please arrange accordingly.

  • Once the artist arrives, waiting time counts toward your appointment.
    A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a £2 per-minute waiting fee applies.
    If there is no response within 15 minutes (by text or call), the booking will be considered canceled, and the full service fee plus travel fee will apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Appointments are held for 15 minutes only.Arrivals later than this will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be canceled.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted.

  • To reschedule, please give at least 3 days’ notice. A second reschedule will incur a £10 fee.

Aftercare Guarantee
  • A 7-day aftercare guarantee is provided. Non-human damages will be repaired free of charge.

  • After 7 days, repairs will incur both the mobile service fee and repair charges.
