Do vip home services have extra fees?

Yes, mobile services incur an additional fee (from £25), depending on your postcode.

What happens if I cancel after the artist has arrived?

Once your artist has arrived at the location, the full service fee will be charged — even if the treatment does not proceed.
This is because your artist has already reserved the time exclusively for you, prepared materials, and travelled to your address.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for their time and effort.

What if the artist has arrived but I’m not ready yet?

Once the artist has arrived, waiting time counts toward your appointment.
We allow up to 15 minutes grace period.
After that, a waiting fee of £2 per minute will apply,
as the artist’s time has been exclusively reserved for you.

What if I’m late?

We hold appointments for up to 15 minutes. After that, the booking will be canceled and the full service fee will apply.

How long does the treatment take? What if I’m not satisfied?

Nails: single-color 1.5–2 hrs, extensions 2–3 hrs
Pedicure: 1–1.5 hrs
Lashes: 40–90 mins

Message: 60-120 mins
Please raise concerns before completion. Once finished, the service is considered accepted and non-refundable.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, bookings require a £30 deposit. The balance is due after the service. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and card payments (3% fee applies for card).

Can I do hands and feet at the same time, or lashes while getting my nails done?

Yes. If you would like to save time, we can arrange for two technicians to work together — for example, one on nails and the other on lashes or feet. Please mention this when booking so we can coordinate for you.

What if I have allergies?

Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions when booking, so we can use suitable products or suggest alternatives.

Do you provide sun protection and hand care products?

Yes, we offer premium hand care products for clients, including La Mer sunscreen, La Mer hand cream, Hermès cuticle oil, as well as Clarins sunscreen, Clarins body oil, and Clarins hand cream.

Where do your lashes and glue come from?

Both our lash extensions and adhesive are sourced from Japan, ensuring premium quality, safety, and a natural, comfortable wear.

Do I need to prepare anything for the home spa session?

Not at all. We provide everything required for the treatment, including disposable materials, aromatherapy candles, essential oils, massage tools and ear candling kits. All items are hygienically prepared for single use, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.
