Membership Balance

Anny Beauty offers a Membership Balance programme designed for our valued and long-term clients.
Your membership balance can be used across all services, providing a flexible and convenient way to enjoy your treatments.

  • ​• Top up £3000 and receive £600 in bonus credit, bringing your total balance to £3600.

  • Error: empty slot

  • • Top up £1000 and receive £120 in bonus credit, bringing your total balance to £1120.

  • • Top up £500 and receive £40 in bonus credit, bringing your total balance to £540.

Membership Benefits

  • ​Members receive priority access to preferred appointment times, including peak and weekend slots.

  • ​Members receive early access to newly launched treatments and may enjoy exclusive member experience pricing.

  • ​Members will receive a birthday credit during their birthday month.

    • Gold：£20

    • Platinum：£30

    • Black：£50

    • Diamond：£80

    • When a member refers a friend who joins the membership programme, both will receive £30 membership credit.

Aromatherapy & Wellness Massage

    • Membership balance is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Membership balances are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

    • Membership may be transferred once to another person.

    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • A £50 fee will be deducted for missed appointments or late cancellations (No Show).

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and professional experience, all treatments provided are strictly therapeutic wellness and aromatherapy services.

Any form of inappropriate behaviour, boundary-crossing requests, or suggestive remarks will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Cancellation Policy

A £30 deposit is required to secure any booking — studio or home visit. By paying the deposit, you agree to our booking policy.

Deposits are refundable only with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Within 48 hours or in the case of no-show, deposits become non-refundable.

Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will not be returned. Rescheduling is available in line with our rescheduling policy.
