Initially, it will appear darker and more defined. This is normal and will soften by 30–50% during healing.

Healing happens in stages:
• Days 1–3: darker, slightly tender
• Days 4–7: light flaking/scabbing
• Days 7–14: color may appear lighter
• Weeks 4–6: final healed result
Avoid:
• Water on the area (first few days)
• Sweating/heavy workouts
• Makeup on the treated area
• Sun exposure and tanning
• Picking or scratching
Light flaking is normal, but heavy scabbing should not occur if aftercare is followed properly.
Yes. A perfecting session is usually needed 6–8 weeks after the first appointment to refine the results.
Most clients return every 12–18 months for a color refresh.

Cancellation Policy
A £30 deposit is required to secure any booking — studio or home visit. By paying the deposit, you agree to our booking policy.
Deposits are refundable only with more than 48 hours’ notice.
Within 48 hours or in the case of no-show, deposits become non-refundable.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will not be returned. Rescheduling is available in line with our rescheduling policy.
