Cancellation Policy

A £30 deposit is required to secure any booking . By paying the deposit, you agree to our booking policy.

Deposits are refundable only with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Within 48 hours or in the case of no-show, deposits become non-refundable.

Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will not be returned. Rescheduling is available in line with our rescheduling policy.
