Cancellation Policy

All bookings (studio appointments and VIP home visits) require a £30 deposit. Payment of the deposit indicates agreement to the following terms: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: The deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 48 hours: The deposit is non-refundable. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes: The appointment will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. VIP Home Visit appointments: If the therapist arrives and does not receive a response (via phone call or message) within 15 minutes, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
